Can’t rave enough about Slabjack. Our experience with them was top notch start to finish. They are incredibly timely and professional with their communication and the crew that came out (Steven, Donny, and Justin) were all very kind and hardworking. They did a careful and beautiful job lifting our brick porch and back patio slabs. They answered all our questions and left everything clean and looking fantastic. Highly recommend this company, worth every penny!!

Everything, from initial inspection, scheduling, timeliness, interactions, repair, and cleanup was top notch. Very professional and friendly at all stages. The crew raised the sunken slab and cleaned up in less than an hour.

Terrific communication by phone, texts and email. Estimate was thorough and speedy. The crew who did the actual work were just the best bunch of guys! They were fast and efficient, and they made the experience educational for me which I appreciated very much. I’m sorry I only had one sunken driveway for them to fix! 10/10 recommend.

The crew from Slabjack did a great job leveling my cement sidewalk and repairing the cracks. The were quick, clean and professional. I would heartily recommend them.

I had Slabjack come out and raise a sidewalk, support some concrete steps and an addition that was poorly constructed. The crew did a great job. They were polite, cleaned up after themselves, and the quality of the work was great. I thought the price matched the work provided. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Technician was very friendly and appeared proficient and cleaned up. great experience.

I bought a house and the walkway had sunken down by a couple inches. Slabjack NW was super quick on getting back to me, doing a quote and raising the walkway. After the work was done, I had a question about the height of the walkway in one corner. They came back out within a week and raised that portion even further. This company was great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any and everyone! Thank you Slabjack NW!!!

Working with slabjack was easy, pleasant and seamless. Matt, Kristina and Eddy were all thoughtful, friendly and helpful throughout the process. I’m really happy with the work and the customer service. Thank you for making it a great experience.

The crew that came out to fill a void under our front porch were excellent. They got here on time, were quick with the work and were very polite and tolerant of our dog.

A very professional experience from start to finish. Knowledge people who took the time to plan how to fix our sinking and sliding concrete patio. Job well done. Would strongly recommend them!

I had settling under my sidewalk with possibility of the settling also under the garage. The SLABJACK team successfully filled the void under the sidewalk and verified the garage did not have any voids.

Professional, thorough and mindful of the details. And they gave thoughtful answers to my questions. Excellent work.

We are very pleased with final product and the professional treatment along each step leading up to and after the repair!

The Slabjack crew came and repaired a set of sunken concrete stairs and patio pad. They did a great job - arrived on time, were friendly and professional, did the work efficiently (clearly knew what they were doing) and even took a moment to love on the dog. My patio stairs are now back where they're supposed to be. I'm really happy with the result.

It was a pleasure working with Slabjack. Chris Whalen was clear and concise in explaining what we had to do to prep for the work and how he would raise the concrete floor and patio. He honored the estimate we already had for the work, and the office was also easy to work with to arrange the date, time and payment.

Called SlabJack for a sinking concrete slab that my tile floors are installed over (causing cracking and breaking tile). The bidder was professional, knowledgeable and on time. The work started on time, the guys were professional and friendly and thorough. Very pleased and would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Great service, installers showed up on time and did a great job. I didn’t have any additional crack due to the drilling which I thought I would. Very nice work and within my original quote.

The porch and steps are back inline like they should be and look very nice. Good job!

Everyone was pleasant to deal with, kept contact, and answered questions. The workers were on time, listened to my concern, and assured me they would do everything possible to solve it, which so far it appears they did.

The crew actually arrived earlier than planned. This is extremely rare when working with contractors. They were very professional and courteous. Before any work was done the crew made sure i knew exactly what was going to be done and what expectations i should have. I was briefed on several possible outcomes of the service. When they were done the work site was completely cleaned up, even cleaner than when they arrived. I will definitely call on Slabjack again for any similar work i need.

Slapjack crew did a great job on our patio. They were responsive to feedback and followed through very well

We contemplated doing this for about 8 months! We had a dip on one side of the garage floor that was about 3". After all the research and cost comparison to jack hammer and re-pour a new garage floor, we finally decide to move forward with Slab Jack. Why didn't we do this 8 months ago? The team came on time, answered question I had and I watched them throughout the whole process. They were careful, efficient and cleaned up (all within an hour). Thank you Slab Jack team!

Came right on time, did a simply OUTSTANDING job of raising some sunken pieces of driveway. Recommended a local expert to deal with cracks - saved me the cost of putting in a new driveway ten times over! Highly recommended.

Slabjack NW is a great service, I would recommend. Tim Freeburg was very helpful. He examined the walkway in person, came up with a couple options, and gave us clear info so we knew what to expect. The quote was 100% accurate and the installers completed the job quickly and thoroughly even though there was more erosion than we guessed under the concrete. They also make scheduling and payment very easy.

Slabjack was super to work with, from the first call to schedule a free consultation to the project being completed. All employees were friendly and helpful, service was on time as scheduled. I would definitely recommend Slabjack.

The whole Slabjack crew were very responsive and professional from the moment I called for an estimate to the day the truck arrived to level out my driveway and garage floor that had sunken. I had not used this kind of service before and they accomodated all my questions.

We hired Slabjack to raise and support several concrete slab areas (about 9 panels) over our 150ft. driveway by drilling holes, pumping the polyurethane foam underneath the slab areas, which raises the slab to make it smooth throughout. Slabs that didn't even out exactly were ground down to uniform edges. Our cars have a smooth drive in and out of the garage and our grandchildren will be able to run up and down without tripping over the 1-2 inch elevations. The three workers had great attitudes and were helpful in explanations and further suggestions. The foreman was very knowledgeable and also helped taper the entrance from the street for aesthetics purposes and smoother accessibility. This was a much appreciated addition and finishing touch to the project. Thank you Slabjack. You're the best.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Quality and efficient work, on time and on budget.

Walkway leading up to front door and curtain area in front of garage needed leveling and stab stabilization. Great experience from quote process to concrete leveling work.

The team at Slabjack was very professional and was responsive from initial appointment through job completion. I recommend!

Efficient and effective work. Got the job done in 2 or 3 hours. Very polite and knowledgeable workers - Justin, Donny, and Kurt.

Tyler, Donny and Desmond arrived on time, answered all our questions and handled the repair quickly. They were very courteous and cleaned up after finishing the project.

Great people, very professional! Quality work at a fair price !

Really impressive work done by the Slabjack team. They raised a back patio as well as a sunken pool deck. It was pretty complicated work, but they knocked it out quickly and with great quality.

Couldn't be happier with the quality of the work. They showed up earlier than booked, and did an awesome job. It wss just a small slab lift, 3'x6' but when they left you couldn't tell they were there. Would highly recommend!

The crew was on time, respectful of the area, explained what they were doing and did a good job.

Very professional with great communication. Service as promised and would use again and recommend to everyone.

I have aggregate slabs for my walkway and they became unlevel due to tree roots. I had the roots removed and slabjack evened out the slabs so they would no longer be a tripping hazzard. The team from the receptionist to the three men that came to my house were quick to respond, on time, polite and professional.

Wednesday, Chris got us set up to level our sliding glass door step estimate/ appointment online. We had a crew at our house 10 minutes earlier than the 8am to 10am time frame on the following Monday. Excellent repair after a tree root that uplifted the step and removed by landscaper and could not be leveled by hand. Thank you for your great service. Five star!

Jason and the team had quite a challenge with my garage/ shop floor. There were two corners of an "L" pad that had sunk about four inches and the rest of the slab was down around an inch or two below the original height. The team got it done! All but one stuborn corner are back to the orginal level. I have a few new hairline cracks, but that was totally expected. The team was professional, courteous and friendly. I am very pleased with the results. Last, but certainly not least, Chris' estimate was spot on! Highly recommended.

Great work, raised sloping walkway to meet flush with driveway. Fast clean work. Minimal visual plugs.

The crew was great. Very meticulous and personable. I would highly recommend Slabjack.

I will say that I'm very pleased with the job you crew did yesterday on my sinking walkway slab of concrete. They were on time, professional, well mannered, and efficient at their task. They cleaned up well and were on their way. I would certainly recommend your service to my neighbors.

They completed their work on time and the driveway looks great. They lifted a bigger area as well to be sure both side of the driveway looked right. Very nice work.

Been using your company for 6 years ,great service pleasure working with you on many housing projects guys have always been able to solve subgrade issues keeping customers happily satisfied after their concrete fails and settles.

I've used Slabjack NW for several condominium projects and the service has been first-rate. On time or even ahead of time arrivals with quick, efficient service.

Very easy to deal with, showed up when they said they would, excellent communication, cleaned up before they left, reasonable price. All in all, a good experience

The Slabjack team did a great job of explaining what we needed and then stabilizing our 'floating' slab in our basement. Quick and professional service - we would definitely recommend them.

Very pleased with the young men you sent. They were very courteous, polite, professional, and went overboard to make us pleased with the 'slab' work.
